Interested in drawing?  It is absolutely possible to learn to draw beautifully!  Like learning to drive a car or learning to read – if you have the desire, someone to teach you and you practice what you learn, you’ll get it.

In this post, I’m going to show you step by step how to learn to draw, even if you are a complete beginner.  Even if you can’t draw stick figures!
 
There is no ONE way to draw.  Or paint.  There are many ways, many styles.  I like to draw realistically, using techniques developed in the 19th century to overcome problems that every artist has to overcome.  I’ve adapted these techniques for people who have little time and want to move ahead more quickly.
